Food Service & Hospitality
Tableware handling and drinks prep — repetitive, high-volume service tasks in long sessions.
Overview
Restaurant and café work combines fragile objects, repetitive cycles and constant small variations: glasses of different heights, stacks of lids, cloths that change shape with every wipe. That makes it ideal pretraining material for service robots.
Food-service sessions are among the longest in the catalog. The published tableware sample is a single 12 minute 10 second take; the cup-and-lid sample runs 11 minutes 4 seconds.
Sessions are recorded on GoPro HERO12 and HERO13 cameras at 1080p and 59.94 fps with embedded IMU.
